Meet The Advanced Business Solutions Team

	Bill Cole: Founder, President, and CEO Bill Cole is an internationally respected professional speaker, trainer, executive coach, facilitator, and consultant. He was an athlete, coach, professional musician and taught at two universities before focusing primarily on leadership, team building, management and organizational development. His career includes an international consulting assignment with a Radio and TV network, a national restaurant chain, a fast growth high technology company, a national business development firm and was among the all time sales leaders for an international training company. Bill’s mission is to positively impact people’s lives.

	Kristy Cole: VP Finance and Administration After her corporate management career, Kristy Cole joined Advanced Business Solutions in 1996. She has a MBA in Corporate Finance and has worked for organizations including Union Oil, John Deere, EDS, BJ Hughes, Motel 6 and Jerrico, operators of Long John Silvers Restaurants. With Jerrico, she was named the most outstanding regional controller in 1989 in recognition of the development of her department from start up to being the leader in accuracy and timeliness of reporting. She has been acknowledged throughout her career for her outstanding teamwork skills and leadership style.

	Jim Kleker: Trainer, Coach, Facilitator, Sales Jim Kleker joined ABS in 2010. He’s had broad and significant leadership experience during his 30 year career in operations, project management, general management and training primarily in telecommunications, real estate and financial services. He is certified in project management from the Project Management Institute. His educational background includes an undergraduate degree in business and a master’s degree in counseling.

	Michelle Kleker: Coach Michelle Kleker joined Advanced Business Solutions after a successful 29 year career in the financial services industry. She helped start 2 companies growing 1 of them from just 10 to 75 employees as President of California-based operations. She has served as President of the Sacramento Chapter of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and also served on several regional and national committees. She has spoken at dozens of industry conferences and is a well-respected leader. Michelle has a passion for coaching and mentoring others and now directs her energy to helping businesses and individuals reach their full potential. She married her husband Jim in 1980, and they spend their free time traveling and enjoying their children and grandchildren.

	Richard Bethel: Coach, Sales Richard Bethel joined Advanced Business Solutions in 2010. He owned and operated a construction company in the Sacramento area and, before that, the largest executive services business in the southern San Joaquin Valley. His prior corporate experience was working for a major property management company and in increasingly responsible positions in the retail industry. While working for a major international retailer, he was recognized as having the fastest growing department in the entire chain. Richard is a member of various volunteer organizations and serves on governing boards at both local and state levels. He is a certified speaker for The Gideons International. He and his wife, Joann, have been married for more than 40 years and enjoy their time with their adult children, grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
